Worship Ministry

The activities of this ministry are augmented by a very active Senior Adult Club which meets every Wednesday for a program and luncheon and which regularly sponsors retreats and trips for the Seniors. In addition to participation in their own devotionals, Bible studies, crafts, trips and recreational events, our Senior Adults lend their special talents and experience to all facets of church life including teaching, leading and outreach. All adults ages 55 and up may be a part of our Senior Adult Ministry.

Monthly Schedule of Meetings

  •   1st Wednesday: Outreach Visitation & Lunch
  •   2nd Wednesday: Business Meeting & Lunch
  •   3rd Wednesday: Program & Lunch
  •   4th Wednesday: Games & Lunch

Senior Adult Choir

Our Senior Adult Choir is open to any senior adult interested. This choir sings at several rallies throughout the year, performs seasonal concerts for various community groups, and sings occasionally in the church worship services.

The Senior Adult Choir rehearses each Wednesday from Fall until Summer at 10:00 A.M. in the Choir Room. Rehearsals are followed by the Senior Adult Club (Twix 'N' Tween) meetings and covered dish luncheon.
